Another week on the Ketogenic diet. I am feeling great, but did I lose any more weight? Every week I learn something new and this week I learned how to be happy with whatever happens.

I shot this vLog on my SJCam SJ6 Legend in my car. Audio was recorded on my iPhone with a Rode VideoMicro and the Ferrite app. I had recorded this the day before in my “studio” / garage but the lighting was off and the audio was horrible. I wanted to test the video quality of the SJ6 and I am happy with the results.
